In this video, Adina Pursue of Purdue University discusses how organic molecular monolayers can be integrated into semiconductor devices, and how this new technology will result in new electronics applications.  She explains what they learned about metal-molecule-silicon devices, as well as the challenges in fabrication and characterization processes in this new field of organic-semiconductor heterostructure systems.
